• Material & code, such SAI304 or 301?

• Quantity you need

• Surface treatment, such as painting, anodizing, passivation,etc.

Yes, we can machine a prototype sample to you for checking before mass production.

Yes, we will send the pictures/video of manufacturing to you.

Yes, we can customize the package as per your need.

Our China prototype factory manufactures all sorts of rapid prototypes, by manufacturing way are: cnc prototypes, sheet metal prototyping, vacuum casting prototypes, 3D printing prototypes, silicone molding prototypes, etc.  By materials are: plastic prototypes, metal prototypes, silicone prototypes, rubber prototypes, etc.

We machine and lathe small batch of parts rapidly, generally needs 3 work days for 100-1000pcs. For bigger batches needs around 1-2 weeks.

We offer cnc machined parts from metal material and engineering plastics for customers for prototype testing or end-use application.

We stock an array of plastic & metal materials such as ABS, pc, PMMA, PA, POM, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, etc.

Usually, we provide you quotation and some technical proposals according to your product design or sample, after you approve, we will start the customized machining the parts for you.

It depends on on the product complexity and feature, order quantity. Usually we can ship within 5-7 days for low volume manufacturing, and about 15-30 days for big quantity.

It could be shipped by sea, by air, or by express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc).

We provide extensive surface finishing services for metal machined parts, including anodizing, passivation, electroplating, painting, black oxidation, gold coating, and so on.

We can provide a variety of prototyping services, including: plastic prototyping, metal prototyping, silicone prototyping, rubber prototyping, foam prototype, and even paper stickers prototyping.

If you received defected parts parts, please contact us and send us the photo of the products, we will send the feedback to our QC people and engineer to solve the issue immediately, no matter it is damaged during transportation or due to our production errors, we will re-manufacture the parts and ship to customer as soon as we can.

50% deposit payment at order, and after the goods is finished, we will take photos/video to you for checking and approve, and then you can pay the 50% balance.

Yes, we will send you the weekly report of the manufacturing progress with pictures and video.

It depends. Generally, it needs 2-5 days to finish a set of SLA prototypes and SLS prototype, if need surface treatment, it may need around 5 days as it needs to polish manually, and do painting and drying. If by CNC, it needs around 3-6 days to complete a set of cnc prototype.
